Here are some of our babies playing and exploring our outdoor area. Outdoor play is essential for all aspects of a child’s development. It provides children with experiences which enable them to develop intellectually, emotionally, socially and physically. Being outdoors has a positive impact on children’s sense of well-being, it offers opportunities for doing things in different ways and on different scales and it gives children first-hand contact with weather, seasons and the natural world.
